On October 20, the FinTech Association of Uzbekistan successfully held the FinTech and Banking Forum (FIBA) 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent, bringing together fintech leaders, innovators, and policymakers from across the region.
The event gathered an impressive lineup of companies, including PashaPay, Onesec, Formica AI, Flametree, Asterium, Alif Uzbekistan, and Alphacon, along with international and local partners who showcased the latest advancements in financial technology.
With over 700 registered participants and more than 50 distinguished speakers, the Forum offered a full day of discussions, awards, workshops, and interactive sessions. Guests had the opportunity to engage in quizzes, networking activities, and expert interviews, gaining insights into the future of digital banking, AI integration, cross-border payments, and fintech innovation.
Delegates from Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Turkiye and the Czech Republic joined the event, highlighting the growing regional collaboration in fintech and digital finance development.
The Forum concluded with the FIBA Awards Ceremony, recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions to the fintech ecosystem across various categories. Honorees included OSON, JSC “PAYNET”, Formica AI, Asterium, PashaPay, Alif Uzbekistan, ONESEC, Flametree and Alphacon, celebrating their leadership and innovation in driving financial transformation in Central Asia.
The success of FIBA 2025 marks another milestone for Uzbekistan’s rapidly evolving fintech landscape, strengthening its role as a hub for regional financial innovation and cooperation.
